The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Though its a condo, it was very quiet, which was nice. It was a short walk to the beach and the property offered plenty of beach, chairs, and toys for our son. Not only was our condo, clean and well-maintained, the property itself was also well-maintained. there was a restaurant right across the street which was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second summer in a row that we have stayed at Ketch Courtyard. We love the smaller building and the wonderful beach location. Our condo was very clean and pleasant. It was decorated in a simple beach theme. This unit differed slightly from last summers one. Our master bedroom had an ocean view and a sliding door onto the patio! We love Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. Well definitely be back for summer #3 next year!

The ocean view from this condo is absolutely beautiful...in both the main living area and the master bedroom. It is centrally located on the island, so easy to get to most restaurants and attractions pretty fast. Condo was equipped was everything we needed. My only complaint is that the pool was super small, but that's not a huge issue being located right on the ocean. We rented an umbrella and beach chairs and made the most of our time there.

The condo is in a great location and right on the beach. It was well kept and properly stocked with starter kits. The only suggestion Ill make is to replace shower heads in showers for a better flow. Overall, a perfect condo for a family for a beach getaway.

Just returned from a five-day stay. Great little condo with gorgeous views. Well-stocked and nice layout. The pool was refreshing. Unfortunately had some really loud neighbors above one night but they left quickly the next day. Convenient location! Great grouper sandwich at Surf across the street.

This condo was amazing. We were making a last-minute booking to get away for our 31st wedding anniversary. First off, it is easy to access from the parking lot to the elevator to the front door. And its an easy walk to the beach from the building. The ocean view is gorgeous from the extra-large balcony and can be seen from the master bedroom as well as from the living room. Youre close enough to hear the waves. The condo itself is the cleanest weve ever stayed at. And the snack basket in the kitchen was a welcomed surprise. Well definitely be staying here again. This was our first time to the Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island area and we couldnt be happier with the location and the condo. The condo was tastefully updated, clean, comfortable, and situated right on the beach with lovely views. There is a natural buffer between the beach and condo where we saw several gopher tortoises and rabbits milling around. There is also a restaurant across the street from the condo with live music and good food. The downtown historic area and Fort Clinch State Park, where you can find shark teeth on the shore next to the fort, are about a 10-minute drive from the condo. We were very satisfied with our stay here.
