Balcony overlooks a small pond and has a limited ocean view.
The Ocean Park Complex offers a beautiful pool with a waterfall and hot tub, and a barbecue area. Enjoy a refreshing swim after a day at the beach while preparing delicious burgers on the gas grills.
This condo is also conveniently located next to Main Beach, offering activities such as miniature golf, playground, skate park, volleyball courts, and a concession stand/burger joint. Located at Main Beach, the Sandbar restaurant is within walking distance of this condo and is a great spot for dining right on the beach.

This property is in a great location close to the beach. The inside of the condo is beautiful and clean. Perfect for a couple or small family. We had some issues finding the condo when we got there but the property manager answered our call at 8 p.m. and helped guide us there.

The condo is in good shape. Must have been renovated not too long ago as the building itself is originally from 2001 approximately. Very good location. Easy free parking. One easy short block to the beach. Full kitchen fit for a family that wants to cook. 5 minutes to downtown. Good clean pool in the building. Highly recommend.
