We had a wonderful stay in this unit at Terraces at Beachside! The location is perfect - very short drive to downtown, lots of restaurants, and Fort Clinch. The beach access is super convenient. Just a few steps over the boardwalk and youre there! I loved that this unit had all tile/hard flooring - so much easier to keep clean. The view from the balcony is spectacular. You even have a good view of the ocean from the couch in the living room! We have already booked this unit for a week next June and cant wait to return!

This property is literally steps from the beach. But it is also close to all of the best attractions on the island like downtown and Fort Clinch. The condo was the perfect size for a romantic getaway for two. We will definitely have a return visit.

Amelia Island is our happy place and finding this gem of a place just made our week even more special. We didnt want to leave. We came away with 75 sharks teeth and amazing memories. We had a very nice time visiting Amelia Island for the first time. The condo we stayed in was just what we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable and adjustable with its own bathroom. Then you had another bathroom off of the kitchen which made getting ready to go out much easier. Both bathrooms had been updated and were very nice. We had everything we needed for a nice vacation. We didn't do any cooking but everything you needed was there if you wanted to cook. The view from the balcony of the beach was great, it was nice to sit out there and just relax. I would certainly stay here again, the location was great and we felt safe and secure. Thanks for a wonderful first visit to Amelia Island.

We have stayed now 3 times at Amelia Island's Terraces at Beachside or the Seaside Amelia Inn and this was by far the best room. It was spacious and clean and offered everything we needed. The big plus for us was finding the baby crib in the closet and the number of beach chairs/umbrellas in the storage room. Bringing a 4-month-old and a 6 yr old to the beach can be a scary task but this condo had room for all we needed and was so clean we often left the two guys hanging out on the rug in front of the tv. If I knew for sure what my schedule would look like next summer I would go ahead now and book a week's stay. Highly recommend!

This property surpassed my expectations. I chose it because I knew the location was great, but the inside of the condo was far bigger and nicer than I anticipated! Our family of 3 had room to breathe, and have our own space. Having 2 full bathrooms was very nice. This place truly had everything we needed. And the views are fabulous! Plus it was super clean. We definitely plan to return!

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we couldnt have asked for anything more! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. The bikes and beach chairs were a great bonus! We enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony! The Historic District was charming and had lots of restaurants and drinking holes making it hard to pick a favorite!
