Ocean Park is a smoke-free complex, NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN CONDOS, BALCONIES, AND COMPLEX GROUNDS. Pets are not allowed.
** Spring 2024 Ocean Park will be undergoing renovation. Potential to noise due to the construction of the building, during your stay. **No access to balcony Feb.26-April 17** Limited access to the garage during Construction hours. Construction hours are 7am-7pm.
