This Amelia by the Sea oceanfront condo is a 3 bedroom 2 bath located on the third floor that gives you perfect views overlooking the fishing pier and ocean. Brand-new furnishings and a gorgeously upgraded kitchen will make you feel right at home. There is a beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom equipped with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities. You can start your day from the balcony of your bedroom and enjoy your sunrise and sunset. Bring the family and friends as there are 2 guest bedrooms. One has a queen and the other room has a Bunk bed (Double and Twin) along with a twin bed.
The renovated kitchen has new granite countertops, updated cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook and host meals for your family and friends and is open to a roomy living and dining area. There is no bad view from the living room which boasts spectacular panoramas of the ocean. The condo comes with all the amenities of a home with Wi-Fi and cable TV, in the living room. No need to overpack and bring extra clothes as there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Of course, we know you’ll want to spend time outdoors at the beach or exploring our quaint little island.

**Spring 2024- On April 8th, Blanchard will begin the application of new sealant around the perimeter of all oceanside windows.
This project will take 3-5 weeks to complete. The contractor will start no earlier than 9:30 AM and finish by 5:30 PM each day, starting on floor 7 and working their way down. All windows will be accessed via the swing stage from the roof, so no unit access should be necessary. It should take no more than 1-hour to complete each window, so this should not be very intrusive.

The property was very easy to navigate. The location was right on the ocean, with a private pool, private boardwalk to the beach and private large fishing pier. It kept it feeling very family friendly and we could always find a spot on the beach, very close to our boardwalk. This made it easy to run back and forth to the room. There were private tennis ball and pickleball courts (bring your own equipment). Parking was provided. There is a fun restaurant directly across the street and then another about 1/3 or 1/2 mile away. People respected quiet hours. Well, this is the first time Ive ever had an Air BnB location description to be inaccurate. This condo was MUCH BETTER than the words could capture! First, the location of #333 is fantastic its in the middle of the island and convenient to everything its in the middle of the complex and easy to get to its 2 floors up not too low for noise and traffic and not too high to be reachable by steps or a quick elevator ride, which by the way is directly across from the condo front door. Second, the recently remodeled condo was extraordinarily well done with upscale finishes and appliances and mighty comfortable. Third, Melissa and Jennifer teamed up for rapid responses that answered questions almost before they were asked! Fourth, #333 is spacious! My family of 5 (ages 26 and up) had plenty of privacy in 3 bedrooms and plenty of togetherness in the well-appointed common areas. Overall, a great condo in a great location with great hostesses that all added up for a great time for my family!

This condo has been tastefully renovated and has a great ocean view. The pier is fun for fishing and is the only private pier on the island. We were able to see fireworks on the beach in both directions - downtown Fernandinas and the Ritz (I think) We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
