**Spring 2024- On April 8th, Blanchard will begin the application of new sealant around the perimeter of all oceanside windows.
This project will take 3-5 weeks to complete. The contractor will start no earlier than 9:30 AM and finish by 5:30 PM each day, starting on floor 7 and working their way down. All windows will be accessed via the swing stage from the roof, so no unit access should be necessary. It should take no more than 1-hour to complete each window, so this should not be very intrusive.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. It was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room and the view from the balcony couldn't be better. We look forward to coming back again!

We rented this property for a 50th birthday girl's trip. It was a perfect setup. The management company had balloons (a 5 and 0) in the condo when we arrived. It was a very nice touch. We were there for a week and didn't need a thing. There are beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit. The patio had a seating area and a table with chairs/stools. The view is gorgeous and the unit is literally steps from the beach.
