**Spring 2024- On April 8th, Blanchard will begin the application of new sealant around the perimeter of all oceanside windows.
This project will take 3-5 weeks to complete. The contractor will start no earlier than 9:30 AM and finish by 5:30 PM each day, starting on floor 7 and working their way down. All windows will be accessed via the swing stage from the roof, so no unit access should be necessary. It should take no more than 1-hour to complete each window, so this should not be very intrusive.

Weve stayed at Amelia by the Sea a few times before. Its great because my husband and son can fish, and my daughter and I can enjoy the beach and pool. The condo as well as the complex itself are convenient, safe, and clean. Definitely recommend.
