There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there as well as on the beach.  If you want to get a workout there are 2 tennis courts available for your usage on a first come first serve basis.

**Spring 2024- On April 8th, Blanchard will begin the application of new sealant around the perimeter of all oceanside windows. 
 This project will take 3-5 weeks to complete.  The contractor will start no earlier than 9:30 AM and finish by 5:30 PM each day, starting on floor 7 and working their way down.   All windows will be accessed via the swing stage from the roof, so no unit access should be necessary.  It should take no more than 1-hour to complete each window, so this should not be very intrusive.
