Beautiful view perfect stay at a perfect location. Would definitely come back again

Our stay was perfect in every way. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the access to the beach couldn't have been more convenient. The biggest highlight for me was the fishing pier. I went out every day and caught a wide variety of species. This was one getaway location that was incredibly hard to leave. We will definitely be back!

he property was the best we have ever stayed in. Room for all (9). Heated pool was the best kid entertainment along with the beach. It felt as if we weee in a brand new house. Minutes from everything you could possibly knew or want. The Fernandina Beach Main Street was so fun. We even took a trip to the Jacksonville Zoo (30 minutes). I hope we can make this happen again for the whole family and return here. Best vacation yet!! Woohoo!!

Fantastic and spacious property in a nice location. It was perfect for our visit to Amelia Island for a family wedding. The property managers were quite responsive to a couple of small issues we had. The critique is that the Kitchen is not especially equipped for entertaining. For example, it doesnt have a grill and has a rather limited assortment of cookware and serving. Nevertheless, we were very happy with our choice and would certainly return

Staying with friends for a week and condo comfortably fit 4. It was very clean with a very easy check in and good info from the property manager via an email! The views are beautiful overlooking the beach and the condo had everything we needed for a great stay. About a 10 min drive to town and a quick walk to the beach on the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything about the condo was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious and had a great view of the ocean, beach and pier. We would love to come back again.

The condo was beautifully decorated in a costal theme. It had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.The screened in porch/deck was an extra bonus, nicely furnished with the ability to eat outside or just relax and read a book. As the owners disclose, this is a third floor unit so if you have mobility or issues with breathing this may not be the unit for you since there are no elevators. The town is charming and reminds me of Cape Cod, but with less traffic.Plenty to do with great places to eat. Very nice beaches. No more than 30 minutes to Jackson International Airport. Definitely a hidden gem of a vacation spot. Amelia Landings is our go to place each time we come to visit family.

My family and I stayed here Easter weekend. It was a perfect location and the condo was amazing. The view was breathtaking from the balcony.

Nice condo. Good response from property manager when my daughter and family stopped by for a couple of days and we needed extra bedding. Ice maker not working but property manager brought by a bag of ice. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the clean and comfortable accommodations of this condo. We literally were steps away from the ocean and could hear the waves crashing at night when we left the windows open. Beach was clean and safe for young children.

We so enjoyed this property! Waking up to the sounds of the ocean and being able to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony was amazing! We will definitely be returning!

It was a week of needed relaxation and work away from home Rooms are big enough and not crowded! Definitely will be staying here in the future!

Such a beautiful condo and so quiet and well kept. The hallway floors were constantly being mopped which impressed me, so clean! First time to Amelia Island and would definitely book again. Spacious modern and great location.

Couldn't have asked for a better location on Amelia Island or a better condo. The condo had everything we needed with a phenomenal view of sunrises! We will absolutely be coming back!

Great home and host

The condo was perfect, very nicely furnished and very clean. It was lovely to have a ground floor, with a balcony overlooking the sea. The sunrise in the morning was stunning. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Overall a wonderful stay

This place was the perfect place for us during our vacation! Had everything we needed and more, plus some needed extras like beach chairs and tupperware. We loved how clean the place was! Also, the 15 minute walk to the beach was perfect. We definitely will be back!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Though its a condo, it was very quiet, which was nice. It was a short walk to the beach and the property offered plenty of beach, chairs, and toys for our son. Not only was our condo, clean and well-maintained, the property itself was also well-maintained. there was a restaurant right across the street which was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!
